Friend, the Minister of State for Universities and Science (David Willetts), on 11 July 2011, Official Report, column 195W.</p><p>Further education (FE) colleges and training organisations receive a post-19 funding allocation each academic year at the programme level (for example budgets for adult skills, adult safeguarded learning and/or offender learning and skills).</p><p>As funding is not allocated at the learning aim level, the amount of money spent on TUC learning aims is not reported centrally by the Skills Funding Agency.</p><p>From the 2011/12 academic year a single adult skills budget was introduced. We estimate the RAB charge for loans issued to part-time students to be around 65%.</p><p>We do not estimate a separate RAB charge for students at Alternative Providers.</p><p>The 2012 impact assessment on the introduction of 24+ Advanced Learning Loans stated that we anticipated this RAB charge would be 60% of the total loan amount. Now that we are beginning to receive figures on actual learner numbers, we are reviewing the assumptions within the RAB charge model. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/06/2014 answer text <p>The number of students who were unable to or chose not to provide adequate evidence of residency who were studying at an alternative provider with designated courses and providers at which they were studying, was included in the data set placed in the libraries of the House to accompany the Written Ministerial Statement on Monday 16 June 2014.</p><p>A breakdown of the courses these students are studying is data that is not held in the form requested. I have asked the Student Loans Company to compile this data and I will place a copy in the libraries of the House as soon as it is available.</p><p>The £65m figure given in the Written Ministerial Statement is the amount of student support that would have been paid in relation to the 5,548 students deemed to be ineligible following the residency checking exercise.
