answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/03/2021 answer text <p>In the most recent data from the ONS Opinions and Lifestyle Survey, covering the period 3-14 February, 48% of working adults stated that they had worked from home because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the last seven days. This figure is up from 46% the week previously.</p><p> </p><p>As detailed in my Rt. Hon. Friend the Prime Minister’s announcement on 22 February and the publication of the COVID-19 response roadmap, the Stay at Home requirement remains in place until 29 March. Until that point it is important that people stay at home wherever possible to minimise the risk of transmission.</p><p> </p><p>People will no longer be legally required to Stay at Home from 29 March although the guidance will set out at that stage that people should continue to work from home where they can. The Government took into account the needs of people with disabilities when developing the guidance.</p><p /><p>The guidance does not replace existing employment, health and safety or equalities legislation.
