answer text <p><strong>Planned outages</strong></p><p>There were two planned outages on working days, namely 25th April and 27th June.</p><p>Further, there was a planned outage on the weekend of Saturday 19th August to Sunday 20th August, which included an outage during the CPS core working hours of Saturday morning.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Unplanned outages</strong></p><p>There were three unplanned outages, namely on the 4th August, 16th August, and 17th August.</p><p>Further, there were two periods on the 20th June and 15th August of degraded service. During these periods some users were not able to log in to the system.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Government Legal Department (GLD) lawyers are engaged in helping to shape and deliver the legislation required to support levelling up, including the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill and supporting the implementation of the Levelling Up Fund and Town Partnerships.</p><p>The GLD is actively growing its presence in the North West. The Attorney and I were delighted to open the new GLD office in Manchester earlier this month.</p><p>In addition to recruiting qualified lawyers and other professionals into the Manchester office, GLD are committed to offering traineeships and legal apprenticeships there as the office grows. To support this, they are undertaking targeted outreach activity in the region to help raise the profile of the GLD and highlight opportunities to join at all stages of a legal career.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does not hold the information on Director of Public Prosecution visits from 2011. Routine information, such as visit programmes and delegation lists, will have been disposed of in line with the published CPS Retention and Disposal policy and in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act, and other relevant laws.</p><p>The CPS regularly publishes information regarding expenses incurred by the DPP, including through foreign travel. Historic data of this nature (including from 2011) is available on an archived version of the CPS website held by the National Archives</p><p><br>Requests under the Freedom of Information Act (United States) have also been made to US authorities previously, and they hold some further information which has been disclosed.</p> more like this
