answer text <p>An update on Universal Credit progress and future planning was provided recently in the Department’s “Universal Credit at Work” publication available on the DWP website <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-at-work" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-at-work</a></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In the WMS (Link below) of 13 October 2014 the Secretary Of State confirmed plans for the next stage of implementing Universal Credit to all remaining Jobcentres and Local Authorities as we progress national expansion through 2015-16 and secure delivery of Universal Credit across Great Britain.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><a href="http://www.parliament.uk/documents/commons-vote-office/2014-October/13th%20October/17.DWP-welfare-reform.pdf" target="_blank">http://www.parliament.uk/documents/commons-vote-office/2014-October/13th%20October/17.DWP-welfare-reform.pdf</a></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We will keep all longer-term plans under review as we progress Universal Credit based on our <em>Test and Learn</em> approach, securing long-term transformation of the Welfare State and UK labour market in a safe and secure way.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>

The coverage area for each weather station is determined by the Met Office which assesses the most appropriate weather station for each postcode area, which may change between years. Cold weather payments are triggered when the average temperature has been recorded as, or is forecast to be 0<sup>o</sup>C or below over seven consecutive days.</p><p> </p><p>The postcode areas of FK10, FK11 and KY13 have been assigned to the Edinburgh Gogarbank and Strathallan weather stations as follows:</p><p> </p><p>FK10: assigned to the Edinburgh Gogerbank weather station</p><p>FK11: assigned to the Strathallan weather station</p><p>KY13: assigned to the Edinburgh Gogerbank weather station in the years 2009/10 to 2012/13 and to the Strathallan weather station in 2013/14.</p><p> </p><p>Table 1 gives the number of triggers for the last five years at these weather stations. answer text <p /> <p>As part of our planning process we carry out a thorough internal and external assessment to ensure that Universal Credit can be rolled out safely and securely, and a strong delivery model exists between the department and local partners.</p><p>For example, internal delivery milestones must be checked and agreed to ensure that Jobcentres and their staff are ready to roll out Universal Credit. As part of this process external delivery partners will need to sign and agree a Delivery Partnership Agreement (DPA) to outline what services they will provide and to make available funded support for those who need extra help. In addition local authorities will need to sign and agree a Readiness Certificate to confirm that they are ready to roll out Universal Credit.</p> more like this
