This is published on a sessional basis by the committee, and includes evidence regarding departmental performance. The monitoring report relating to the 2012-13 session was published on 13 February 2014 as HC1046. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2014 answer text <p /> <p /> <p>Since 1998 the Department for Work and Pensions occupies the majority of its accommodation under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) known as the PRIME Contract.</p><p> </p><p>Under the terms of this PFI, the Department leases back fully serviced accommodation from its private sector partner Telereal Trillium. The Department fully supports the Civil Service Reform Plan commitment to provide at least five days a year investment in learning and development for all Civil Servants.
