answer text <p /> <p>This Government attaches a high priority to supporting couple relationships and committed a dedicated fund of £30 million for relationship support over the Spending Review period (2011-2015).</p><p> </p><p>We are funding a range of services through a number of expert providers to deliver relationship support provision, including preventative support targeted at couples at risk of family breakdown; activities to encourage the take-up of relationship support; and counselling for couples who may be experiencing difficulties.</p><p> </p><p>We have also introduced a Family Test which will mean that all new relevant domestic policies will need to be assessed for their impact on the family.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government is committed to supporting people who develop a mental health condition while at work. Support can be provided by our innovative Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, which offers support to individuals with a mental health condition who are absent from work or finding work difficult, and their employer.</p><p> </p><p>We will shortly be launching Fit for Work to support people off sick for four weeks or more to help them return to work, including many with a mental health condition. To ensure timely access to treatment, we are also introducing maximum waiting times for accessing talking therapies.</p> more like this

answer text <p /> <p>In order to be eligible for funding through the Access to Work programme customers must satisfy certain eligibility criteria. One of these criteria is that they are employed or self employed. For Access to Work purposes, self-employment is defined as:</p><p>• operating a business either alone or in partnership, or working for an employer on a self-employed contractual basis;</p><p>• operating a franchised business on a self-employed basis;</p><p>• paying Class II or class IV National Insurance contributions.</p><p>• If the applicant is over retirement age (and therefore no longer liable to pay National Insurance) AtW staff will seek to determine that the person is self-employed by requesting a business plan approved by a bank or other financial authority.</p> more like this
