answer text <p>The Government agreed a further extraordinary funding and financing package for TfL in October 2020 of up to £1.7 billion to ensure the continuation of public transport services in London.</p><p> </p><p>Transport in London is devolved and decisions around the congestion charge are a matter for the Mayor.
