answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Transport has not received any representations from either local highway authorities or other stakeholders on this matter in the last two years.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the Major Road Network (MRN), the A15 north of Lincoln is eligible for consideration for funding from the National Roads Fund.
