answer text <p>Like all road users, cyclists have a duty to behave in a safe and responsible manner, and this is reflected in the Highway Code's rules for cyclists which can be found at <a href="https://www.gov.uk/rules-for-cyclists-59-to-82" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/rules-for-cyclists-59-to-82</a>.
