In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab lower secondary textbooks are now the focus. Through the Ilm Two programme DFID is directly supporting the production of additional reading materials that specifically focus on religious tolerance and inclusion. DFID is also engaged with Federal Government consultations on a new draft National Curriculum which is in its early stages. The Federal Government has also agreed minimum standards for educational quality which were adopted by provinces this year. This does not capture spend on related programming that complements our wider work on HIV and reproductive health (for example family planning services, maternal and neo-natal health, strengthening health systems, research activities and our substantial contribution to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria).</p><p>Data for all sector codes are available on the Statistics for International Development website. The Government has been responding to the humanitarian needs as they have been identified by our teams on the ground and the local authorities. To date, almost 180 tonnes of DFID relief items have either arrived or been procured in the region, including much needed food, water, shelter kits, and solar lanterns. Recent assessments indicate that markets are opening in the region and we are keen to support these. The UK is funding the Pan American Health Organisation – the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organisation – to help meet the health needs of affected populations, including any specific issues related to infant feeding. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/09/2017 answer text <p>Between 2014 and 2016, DFID has provided nearly £8 million to support humanitarian assistance to Rohingya refugees and the vulnerable host communities that support them.</p><p>Prior to this influx, DFID committed a further £5.9 million to meet the needs of the most vulnerable refugees and the host communities that support them.</p><p>The UK has been a leader in responding to the crisis – in speed and size – mobilising an additional £30 million to meet the urgent humanitarian needs of vulnerable men, women and children in both Bangladesh and Burma.</p><p>UK assistance in Bangladesh will continue to focus on the critical needs of the most vulnerable among new arrivals, and among existing refugees and host communities. The UK’s recent £1.1billion investment to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria makes us the second largest donor during the fifth replenishment period. This support will help provide enough lifesaving anti-retroviral therapy for 1.3million people living with HIV.</p><p>DFID tracks our spending on HIV/AIDS using sector codes recommended by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC) reporting system.
