The Government of Bangladesh do not recognise Rohingya as refugees, making them more vulnerable and increasing their risk of exploitation.</p><p> </p><p>In Burma, the Rohingya people suffer from systematic discrimination and persecution, with freedom of movement and access to basic services restricted. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/11/2018 answer text <p>The UK is a long-standing supporter of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), reflecting our shared commitment to ensuring that UK aid reaches the most marginalised. Across 2016 and 2017, the UK contributed in excess of £100m to IOM and £300m to the ICRC in support of their work with those affected by humanitarian crises. It is not possible to disaggregate the amount of this funding utilised in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2016.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for International Development has also committed to provide IOM with an annual contribution of £6m, and ICRC with £63m core unearmarked funding (up to 2021). The DFID-supported 2016 citizen led Annual Status of Education Report for Pakistan estimates the proportion of children aged 6-16 out of school as 19%. This report is based on data collected from over 83,000 households. The 2017 DFID-supported census results will provide data on the educational status of all children and will be able to disaggregate by minority status. The Pakistan Human Rights Minister and civil society have publicly supported this timely action. UK aid is not directed to individual schools in Punjab.
