answer text <p>The UK provided a total of £39.5m in funding to the Guinea Worm Eradication Programme between 2009 and 2018. Funding allocations to countries were flexible to allow scale up or down as required. Between 2015 and 2018, of a total of £9.5 million, the estimated breakdown of spending by country was:</p><ul><li><p>£1.235 million in Ethiopia;</p></li><li><p>£4.75 million in South Sudan;</p></li><li><p>£0.285 million in Mali;</p></li><li><p>£1.71 million in Chad; and</p></li><li><p>£1.52 million in non-country specific spending.</p></li></ul> more like this
