NHS England is responsible for administering the Cancer Drugs Fund. Its national Cancer Drugs Fund clinical panel added Kadcyla (trastuzumab emtansine) for the treatment of HER2-positive locally advanced/unresectable or metastatic breast cancer to its national cohort policies list in February 2014.
