<p>The information requested is not collected centrally.</p><p>The provision of patient transport services is a matter for local National Health Service commissioners. NHS England has advised that High Weald Havens Clinical Commissioning Group commissioned an independent investigation into these events, which reported in March 2017. Accordingly, there are no plans to undertake a further independent investigation.</p>
