answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/05/2016 answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has made the following financial contributions over the last six years.</p><p>International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) = £2,127,798.</p><p>Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organisation = £152,800.</p><p>Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty = £487,547.</p><p>Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention = £304,372.</p><p>Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) = £187,254.</p><p><ins class="ministerial">These figures are broken down by financial year in the attached document.</ins></p><p>Additionally over this period the FCO has contributed over £2.5 million to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the OPCW-UN Joint Investigative Mechanism into the use of chemical weapons in Syria. This does not include the UK subscription which is paid by DECC.</p><p>We have also supported projects in support of these treaties and organisations. We have supported Bedouin communities in Area C facing demolition or eviction through support to Rabbis for Human Rights and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) legal aid programme. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/05/2016 answer text <p>The UK is committed to taking action to prevent Daesh from using Libya as a base from which to plan and carry out attacks.</p><p>We are working closely with the new Libyan government and international partners, including France and Italy, to develop a comprehensive approach to defeating it.</p><p>As the Foreign Secretary set out in his statement on 19 April, we have discussed, on a contingency basis, with international partners how best to support the new Libyan government. This could include training Libyan security forces to provide their own security. Any support would be in response to a clear request made by the Libyan Government. So far they have made no such request. Our Consul General in Jerusalem regularly raises such concerns with the Palestinian leadership, including with President Abbas at their last meeting in March. The underlying evidence to support a designation or propose a delisting is made available to the Council and held on file.</p><p>The Council decides collectively on the sharing of information externally. Member States are bound by a duty of professional secrecy with respect to Council documents unless they have been made publicly available, as set out in the Council's Rules of Procedure. Through our Human Rights and Democracy Fund we are supporting a project that offers survivors of sexual violence, including from the Yezidi community, access to health and psychiatric support. This project plans to reach 2,400 women across Erbil, Kirkuk, Sulaymaniyah, Dohuk and Zakho. We have also translated the International Protocol on the Documentation and Investigation of Sexual Violence in Conflict into Kurdish, to build further the capacity of Kurdish human rights, justice and healthcare professionals to respond to and document these crimes.</p><p>We are providing £750,000 to help implement Iraq’s National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security to support women’s involvement in conflict resolution and the response to gender-based violence. More widely, the UK is providing £79.5 million to the humanitarian response in Iraq. This assistance is reaching hundreds of thousands of people across the country, including the most vulnerable groups, such as Yezidis.
