The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has not set a timeline for the introduction of any legislation that would be required to enact Article 23, nor published any draft bills. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/03/2018 answer text <p>UN Security Council Resolution 2401 has still not been implemented due largely to the regime and Russia’s failure to abide by its conditions. Pro-regime forces have continued to bomb eastern Ghouta. The UN estimate that around 1,700 people have been killed there since the resolution was passed on 24 February and thousands more have been injured. The UN has reported that around 95,000 people have left eastern Ghouta. Those remaining urgently require humanitarian assistance but the UN has reported that they are still waiting for the regime to sign facilitation letters to allow them to deliver aid. Pro-regime forces have also continued to bomb Idlib and southern Syria, in and around Dar’a city, causing numerous casualties.</p><p>The UK continues to exert diplomatic pressure, including through the UN Security Council, for full implementation of UNSCR 2401. On 7 March, the Security Council discussed the situation at the UK and France’s request. On 12 March, the UK organised an informal briefing on the situation for the Security Council by Syrian opposition and humanitarian actors. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/03/2018 answer text <p>I, the Foreign Secretary, and Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) officials in London, Washington and New York met representatives, including Alexander Nix, from Cambridge Analytica, in 2016-17. This was part of the government’s work to better understand the 2016 US presidential election, the political environment that followed and to build relationships with the Trump Presidential campaign and transition team. This outreach was part of normal diplomatic business.</p><p>In addition the FCO has identified: one former project from 2008-2009 with Strategic Communications Laboratories Group Limited (SCL) involvement; that SCL attended a conference organised by the FCO at Wilton Park on ‘Diplomacy in the Information Age’ in February 2017; and an official dialled into a general briefing of the outcome of a SCL research study on counter extremism campaigns in March 2018. The UK-sponsored UN Security Council Presidential Statement of 15 March 2018 called upon all parties to the confict in Yemen to distinguish between civilians and combatants, and take all feasible precautions to minimise harm to civilians.</p><p>When allegations of IHL breaches have been made against Saudi Arabia, it is important that the Saudis, in the first instance, conduct conclusive investigations. We routinely update our guidance to British businesses on the Overseas Business Risk website. We advise British businesses to bear in mind the British Government's view on the illegality of settlements under international law when considering their investments and activities in the region. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/04/2018 answer text <p>​We consider that the level of control that Israel retains over Gaza amounts to occupation under international law and hence that Israel’s conduct is governed by the provisions of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, to which Israel is a state party. In line with these provisions the UK continues to call on the Government of Israel to ease movement and access restrictions into and out of Gaza.
