answer text <p>I have not had discussions with EU counterparts on fishing rights in Western Sahara. The Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) has been leading for the UK on the substance of the EU's negotiations on the draft amended Fisheries Agreement and draft new Fisheries Protocol with Morocco.
