The Foreign and Commonwelath Office (FCO) provides guidance to Heads of Mission on assessing the suitability of potential sponsors for events. Our missions must act with integrity, honesty, objectivity and impartiality and consider value for money. The UK has not been directly involved in investigations undertaken by the JIAT.</p><p>We welcomed the Cessation of Hostilities from 19 - 22 October. It is critical that all parties to the conflict renew their commitment to the Cessation of Hostilities for the sake of the people of Yemen. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/11/2016 answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office publishes details of all sponsorship contracts awarded by UK embassies, High Commissions and Consulates valued over £5,000 in the FCO Annual Report and Accounts. I attended the opening of the Dialogue. The UK is one of only a few countries with such a platform, which enables us to discuss the full range of our human rights concerns. During the dialogue we covered freedom of expression, religion and belief, minority rights and the death penalty. We were also able to share a number of human rights cases of particular concern.
