answer text <p>We have raised our concerns about Mr Tofla Ndele's case at the highest levels of government in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and will continue to do so. I raised the case with the DRC Foreign Minister on 12 April. Consular officials in Kinshasa have visited Mr Ndele regularly since his detention in September 2017, most recently on 19 April 2018. Following our initial lobbying, Mr Ndele was able, in March 2018, to have a visit from a family member for the first time since his arrest.</p> more like this
