The Foreign Secretary also raised the UK's concerns about the conflict in Ukraine with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a meeting of G20 Foreign Ministers in February this year. The Royal Navy challenges all maritime incursions into British Gibraltar Territorial Waters and my Department backs this up by making formal diplomatic protests to the Spanish government. The cases referred to are a matter for the Hong Kong Courts.
