<p><del class="ministerial">It has not proved possible to respond to this question in the time available before Prorogation. Ministers will correspond directly with the Member.</del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">The British Government has raised its concerns about the situation in Hong Kong with the Government of China and the Hong Kong SAR government, as we well as with a wide range of international partners, and will continue to do so, including at upcoming international gatherings and summits.</ins></p>
