Following our most recent approach, the Government of Zimbabwe last wrote to us on 27 May. They explained that pension repayments remain affected by current financial constraints in Zimbabwe and the state of the wider economy. For those recruited on expatriate terms, the UK provides direct pension support. We continue to be clear that the UK does not have legal or moral responsibility for Southern Rhodesian civil service pensions. On 19 June, the Department for International Development announced a further £40 million to the humanitarian response, bringing the UK’s total commitment to £55 million for 2015.</p><p>We are not participating directly in Saudi Arabian led military operations in Yemen, but we are providing technical support, precision-guided weapons and exchanging information with the Saudi Arabian armed forces through pre-existing arrangements.</p><p>In addition to the personnel who continue to provide support for equipment supplied, we have a small number of liaison personnel in Saudi Arabia and coalition air and maritime headquarters. We have regular engagement with various interlocutors in the Saudi Arabian government. The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond) spoke to the Saudi Arabian Crown Prince and Minister of the Interior, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Naif, on 14 July and to the Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister, Mr Adel Al Jubeir, on 18 July to discuss the humanitarian situation and how best the international community can support the political process. The Secretary of State for Defence, my right hon. The report also praised the number of female judges and prosecutors in the UAE.
