answer text <p>The requirement for all schools to publish special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Information Reports was introduced in the Children and Families Act 2014. This means that every school must publish details of its provision for pupils with SEND and review these details annually.</p><p> </p><p>The department is exploring whether the role of SEND Information Reports, and their transparency, could be developed further as part of the implementation of the SEND and Alternative Provision Improvement Plan.</p> more like this
