The GPA are committed to ensuring that the charging mechanism reflects the varying requirements of individual departments. This is an extensive an ongoing process as we work to transform how government property services are delivered. By its very nature the charging mechanism will be commercial in confidence and is not intended for publication but will conform to relevant HMT guidelines. In reply to question 105820, Cabinet Office stated that GPU does not release the specific detail relating to individual applications for expenditure as these are commercially sensitive. It would be the applicant department’s decision as to whether to release this information.</p><p> </p><p>GPU have contacted DWP asking whether they would grant permission to publish the information on DWP's behalf.
