answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/02/2020 answer text <p>The Government is clear that anyone entitled to be paid the National Minimum Wage (NMW) or National Living Wage (NLW) should receive it. We are committed to cracking down on employers who fail to pay the NMW/NLW.</p><p> </p><p>The current law makes clear that anyone who carries out “work” for an employer is entitled to the NMW/NLW. Where HMRC enforcement officers identify that there has been an underpayment, including for breaches related to unpaid working time, they may issue a Notice of Underpayment instructing the employer to pay the workers the arrears they are owed, and a penalty of up to 200% of those arrears.</p><p> </p><p>In cases where the total arrears are over £500, the Government considers publicly naming the employer via the NMW Naming Scheme. Energy from waste generating stations are not covered by the LCPD. Government support through the Feed-in Tariff between 2010 and 2019 supported over 830,000 small solar projects – and helped drive this reduction in cost.</p><p> </p><p>Now, under the Smart Export Guarantee, we have given scale low-carbon electricity generators, such as homes with solar panels, the right to be paid for the renewable electricity they export to the grid. This reflects our continued commitment to ensuring that low carbon electricity – whether at the household level or the national level – is central to the transition to the smart and flexible energy systems of the future. Under the RIIO price control, Ofgem provides Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) with sufficient allowances to finance and develop their networks to meet the needs of current and future consumers. Ofgem also incentivises DNOs to deliver cost efficiencies and maintain service quality which guides DNO procurement and supply chain strategies. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/02/2020 answer text <p>The Nucleus nuclear archive building in Wick opened in February 2017. Since, an estimated 20% of the relevant records held at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s (NDA) sites have been transferred there, while transfer of off-site records is approximately 40% complete. Dounreay’s records were the first to be transferred, including over 300,000 photographs and 200 tonnes of documents. Material from 16 other sites will be moved gradually over the next five years.</p><p> </p><p>In the longer term, a searchable Archive Management System will provide online access to the material; security restrictions will apply to certain records. A digitisation programme to prepare a specification and scope of work began last year.</p><p> </p><p>The facility has been primarily used by the local community and international nuclear community. It has hosted events for various international organisations, such as the Nuclear Energy Agency and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
