answer text <p>Cabinet Office regularly monitors adherence to departmental open data commitments, as well as timeliness of their publication across government. We are making regular efforts to improve access to and presentation of the data, including by improving the consistency of presentation and titling.</p><p> </p><p>Steps have already been taken to improve the consistency of Ministers’, Senior Officials’ and Special Advisers’ transparency returns and technical improvements to the presentation of this data will be introduced for information published in 2015. The recently established independent Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists now has a web presence on <a href="http://gov.uk/" target="_blank">gov.uk</a> and the Government will ensure that the transparency pages of <a href="http://gov.uk/" target="_blank">gov.uk</a> provide a link to the statutory register once launched.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Further to the answers of 26 February (HL Deb, col 922) and 23 June (HL224), all Realms have concluded the necessary processes before implementation with the exception of Australia. Out of the six Australian States, five have now enacted legislation and the remaining State has introduced its legislation. Once that has been enacted we understand that the Australian Government will introduce the Commonwealth’s Succession to the Crown Bill into the Australian Parliament as a priority. answer text <p>The Government is committed to developing inclusive policies and delivering services which are accessible to all citizens as well. Departments are responsible for developing policies and guidance on disability, including dyslexia. This guidance is available to staff on departmental intranet pages.</p><p>As an example, the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) employs 120 “neuro-diverse” intelligence officers for code breaking and counter-espionage.</p><p>In addition, Civil Service Learning provides equality and diversity e-learning for all civil servants. answer text <p>The Government is clear that aggressive tax avoidance is totally unacceptable. That is why we are closing loopholes, bringing in a General Anti-Abuse Rule, and investing additional funding to help HMRC promote tax compliance.</p><p>The Government’s policy to promote tax compliance through public procurement is another tool that means government departments can exercise their power to exclude firms bidding for government contracts solely on the basis that they have been non-compliant in meeting their legal tax obligations.</p><p>This issue will remain under constant review by HM Government.</p><p> </p> more like this
