independent evaluation of the changes to Local Housing Allowance, including the extension
of the shared accommodation rate, by a research consortium from the Centre for Regional
and Social Research (CRESR) at Sheffield Hallam University, the Institute for Fiscal
Studies (IFS), the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and
Ipsos Mori. The final reports were published in July 2014 at the following weblink:</p><p><a
