Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA), operated by MAXIMUS, has not been allocated specific targets in relation to the clearance of legacy work. The Department has put in place a strong contract management and performance monitoring structure to ensure a step change in delivery is achieved, both in terms of delivering volumes and improvements to the service.
