<p>We regularly work with businesses and stakeholders to ensure they are prepared for our exit from the EU. This engagement includes ministerial and official-level industry roundtables, events and forums, many of which have not been covered by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). NDAs have, however, been used where appropriate to protect the commercial interests of businesses and to facilitate close working and open discussion between the Department and stakeholders.</p>
