<p>The cost of extracting the information required would be disproportionate. Microcredit is, and has been, an integrated component of numerous broader humanitarian, livelihoods and economic development programmes over the five year period in question. Significant official time and analysis would be required to identify and quantify the aggregate spend.</p>
