answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/06/2015 answer text <p>The UK provides protection and support to refugees, including the Sahrawi people, through its core contributions to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). UNHCR provides humanitarian assistance for 90,000 vulnerable Sahrawi refugees settled in five camps near Tindouf in Algeria. UNHCR provides security for both the refugees and the humanitarian organizations operating in the camps. The UN Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) is responsible for monitoring the ceasefire as well as supporting a range of assistance programmes to address the plight of displaced and separated Sahrawi families.
