answer text <p>Yemen remains the world’s largest humanitarian crisis, with 80% of the population requiring humanitarian assistance. The UK will provide £200 million of support for the coming financial year. This will feed more than a million Yemenis each month over the year, treat 30,000 children for malnutrition and provide 2 million people with improved water supply and basic sanitation.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The UK Government is aware of recent reports of an increase in the number of cases of malaria in Darfur. Malaria remains a serious concern in Sudan. We will continue to contribute to the treatment of malaria (and other diseases) in Sudan through the Global Fund, a multilateral organisation which has invested nearly $33 billion in the treatment of diseases in Sudan since 2002, including malaria. In its 2017 report, the Global Fund reported that, between 2002 and 2015, the number of new malaria cases had declined by 60%, and mortality rates had declined by 62%.</p> more like this
