answer text <p>​No. The issue of reparations was considered in detail immediately after World War II at the Paris Reparations Conference of 1945, with international agreement set down in the Final Act of the Conference, which came into force on 24 January 1946. Furthermore the Treaty on the Final Settlement with respect to Germany, signed by the British Government in 1990, renounced all claims the UK and other allied powers had in Germany, allowing Germany to become fully sovereign.</p> more like this

We also thank the departing representative, Mr Todd Howland, for his leadership of the UN Office for Human Rights in Colombia since 2012. The office has played a vital role in supporting those working to improve human rights in Colombia.
