He urged his counterpart to seize the opportunity for political progress. The Emirati Foreign Minister underlined his complete support for the UN process led by Special Envoy Martin Griffiths. This breaks down as:</p><p>£412m of additional funding over the spending review period for the Department for Exiting the European Union, Department for International Trade and the Foreign &amp; Commonwealth Office at Autumn Statement 2016.</p><p>£286m of additional funding for 17/18 (a full breakdown of which can be found in Supplementary Estimates 17/18).</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/679738/PU2137_Supplementary_estimates_web.pdf" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/679738/PU2137_Supplementary_estimates_web.pdf</a>.</p><p>Over £1.5bn of additional funding for 18/19. The Foreign Secretary has made clear that, referring the situation in Burma to the International Criminal Court (ICC) is an option the UN Security Council should consider. The UK is calling for the UNSC to debate the report of the UN Fact Finding Mission. Foreign and Commonwealth Office Officials in The Hague, have regular contact with the Office of the Prosecutor on this and other Court business. I have raised his case with my counterpart, and also raised it with the Turkish Foreign Minister when I visited last year. Mr Robinson has also had consular support since his arrest. Consular staff visited Mr Robinson while he was in detention, to check on his welfare and arranged prison visits for his mother. This is an integral part of the FCA's ability to perform its role and responsibilities. Its credibility, authority and value to consumers would be undermined if it were possible for the Government to intervene in its decision-making. At the time of its listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2006, Rosneft met the applicable conditions. Since 2014, Rosneft have been subject to EU economic sanctions. The Prime Minister set out in her speech to the Munich Security Conference in February 2018, that the UK will look to carry over existing EU sanctions when we leave the EU. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2018 answer text <p>​I am clear that the UK wants to see a free, fair and pluralistic general election in Bangladesh, and we have consistently encouraged the Government of Bangladesh and opposition parties to engage in an effective dialogue to this end. I made these points to senior members of the Government of Bangladesh, including State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shahriar Alam, and members of the opposition Bangladesh National Party during my visit to Bangladesh from 29 June to 1 July this year. The Foreign Secretary made these points to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina when they met on 24 September at the UN General Assembley in New York.</p><p>We keep in close touch with the Commonwealth, including the Secretary General, on our shared desire to see a free, fair, and pluralistic general election Bangladesh.
