answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/10/2017 answer text <p>The Foreign Secretary represented the UK at the EU Foreign Affairs Council on 16 October, securing agreement to the suspension of all Burmese military visits to the EU and a review of all defence cooperation, and to consider additional measures if the situation in Rakhine does not improve. This followed the Government's own announcement on 19 September that the UK would suspend practical defence co-operation with the Burmese military and visits by senior military officers to the UK.</p><p>The Foreign Secretary routinely attends EU Foreign Affairs Council meetings. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2017 answer text <p>Mauritius amended its Constitution in 1982 to include the Chagos Archipelago (which the UK administers as the British Indian Ocean Territory) within its Territory. The Government of Mauritius repeatedly makes the claim both in public and private that the Chagos Archipelago is part of Mauritius. Most recently Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth made this point during his speech at the UN General Assembly in September.
