answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2017 answer text <p><del class="ministerial">The Environment Agency have met Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council Environmental Health and Planning Departments four times between November 2016 and July 2017 to discuss Rowan Oak Waste. At each meeting the Environment Agency have provided the latest information on their action against the clearance of the site and their enforcement action against the operator. The Environment Agency have also discussed and agreed how amenity complaints from the site would be dealt with.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">Councillor Steve Waltho and Councillor Ali Shaukat have also attended these meetings. They have taken the information shared back to their local communities to keep them updated.</del></p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">The Environment Agency has spoken with HM Revenue and Customs on this matter. The Environment Agency have provided them with details regarding the criminal investigation into the site. The way that product brands influence consumers’ choices will vary between cases, depending on the circumstances. Not only does it blight the areas in which it occurs but may also pose a risk to the environment and human health.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial"> </ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">In May 2016 we gave local councils the power to issue fixed penalty notices of up to £400 for small-scale fly-tipping as an alternative to more costly prosecutions. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/04/2017 answer text <p>The UK national inventory of greenhouse gases (GHG) reports emissions of 49.2 million tonnes from agriculture in 2014, the most recent year for which data is available. This represents around 9% of total UK GHG emissions. Of these, around 63% come from livestock and their manures.</p><p> </p><p>Imported feeds such as soya meal can have significant environmental impacts. Defra has conducted research on home grown alternatives to imported feeds and continues to work with industry to reduce these impacts.</p><p> </p><p>Industry is making progress to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from livestock production.
