The EU Settlement Scheme enables them to do so. Information on those deported is not separately available and therefore the published statistics refer to all enforced returns.</p><p><br>Asylum-related returns relate to cases where there has been an asylum claim at some stage prior to the return. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/04/2019 answer text <p>Acting on the findings of the last year’s Government consultation on powers for dealing with unauthorised development and encampments, where the majority of respondents believed that the Government should consider criminalising unauthorised encampments, the Home Office launched a review into whether this could be achieved.</p><p>All government departments have an ongoing responsibility to meet the Public Sector Equalities Duty (PSED) under the Equality Act 2010.
