answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/04/2021 answer text <p>We expect the highest standards from our providers, who are expected to conduct regular checks across the accommodation estate. The Home Office have access to providers’ systems to monitor compliance.</p><p>The Asylum Accommodation and Support Services contracts (AASC) have a robust performance management system, against which providers are expected to deliver.</p><p>This is supplemented by a formal governance process which includes quarterly Strategic Review Management Boards and monthly Contract Management Groups. Service credits and subsequent improvement plans are discussed and monitored as part of this process. Service Delivery Managers speak daily with providers about service delivery and performance.</p><p>In response to the global pandemic, officials also have formal meetings on a weekly basis to ensure individuals are housed safely, services are delivered in line with their contractual obligations and adherence to guidance from Public Health England (PHE) is followed.</p><p>Asylum seekers can also raise specific issues or concerns about their accommodation through the 24/7 Advice, Issue Reporting and Eligibility (AIRE) service operated by Migrant Help. It champions the work of the National Centre for the Replacement, Reduction and Refinement of Animals in Research (NC3Rs) in supporting the research community to develop and use science and technology in the creation of new approaches to replace studies that require animals.</p><p>Central to any decision to use animals in research is the need for robust scientific evidence to justify the use of animals. The UK’s rigorous regulatory system requires that no testing takes place if there is a validated non-animal alternative that would achieve the scientific outcomes sought. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/04/2021 answer text <p>Addressing visible signs of crime and anti-social behaviour such as graffiti helps to improve public perceptions of local environmental quality. In 2018, the Government almost doubled the maximum fixed penalty that local authorities can issue for offences related to graffiti to £150 and increased the default to £100. For more serious offences, such as racist or otherwise abusive graffiti, prosecution may be more suitable. The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs set out in its recent guidance on enforcement against littering and related offences that enforcement action must be proportionate and in the public interest.</p><p>The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 also introduced a range of flexible tools and powers that the police, local authorities and other local agencies can use to respond quickly and effectively to anti-social behaviour, including graffiti. It is for local agencies to determine whether their use is appropriate in the specific circumstances as those who work within, and for, local communities will be best placed to understand what is driving the behaviour in question, the impact that it is having, and to determine the most appropriate response.</p><p>We are clear that the far right has absolutely no place in Britain, and the British people overwhelmingly reject the prejudiced rhetoric and against our values of decency, tolerance and respect. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/04/2021 answer text <p>The purpose of the minimum income requirement, implemented in July 2012 along with other reforms of the family Immigration Rules, is to ensure family migrants are supported at a reasonable level so they do not become a burden on the taxpayer.</p><p>The UK Government is committed to promoting social cohesion, good relations and a sense of belonging for all members of society. The ability to participate in activities and organisations outside the home plays a part in this. The minimum income requirement is not the only factor which promotes the ability to participate, but the level at which it is set can mean one particular barrier is reduced.</p><p>The Supreme Court has endorsed our approach in setting an income requirement for family migration which prevents burdens on the taxpayer and promotes integration into our communities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/04/2021 answer text <p>The points-based immigration system was developed following advice from the independent Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) who assessed evidence provided by many interested sectors of the economy.</p><p>The new points based system includes broadening the minimum skill level for the skilled work route to RQF 3, equivalent to A levels, and lowering the general salary threshold to £25,600. If an individual receives sexually explicit spam, they should consider making a report to the ICO on their website and selecting ‘adult content’. Complaints made to the ICO must meet this threshold in order for a proportionate investigation to be undertaken, and we would expect them to do so where a reasonable case exists. However, the ICO can only investigate concerns about marketing emails from identifiable UK senders and not from those outside of the UK.
