<p>The National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Safety in Mental Health at the Manchester University, commissioned by NHS England and NHS Improvement, is the official source of data on suicides for people in contact with mental health services. The most recent published report is the ‘National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Safety in Mental Health (2019). Annual Report: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales’<em>. </em>The 2020 report will be published soon.</p>
