answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/01/2021 answer text <p><br>As the regulations and published guidance make clear and under the current restrictions, there are still circumstances in which people are allowed to meet others from outside their household, childcare or support bubble in larger groups, but this should not be for socialising and only for permitted purposes. Permitted purposes include facilitating arrangements where children do not live in the same household as both their parents or guardians.</p><p><br>As such, someone who is in a support bubble with one of the child’s parents or guardians could collect the child from another household in order to transport them to the household of their other parent or guardian. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/11/2020 answer text <p>The Government receives a range of inputs in order to make all of its decisions relating to COVID-19 restrictions, including monitoring the impact of restrictions in local areas via the Joint Biosecurity Centre and monitoring international experience.</p><p>These restrictions on operating hours have been applied in local areas where the evidence suggests it can play a role in reducing the transmission of the virus while allowing businesses to trade for the majority of the evening. We have also seen in Belgium that the package of measures introduced, including early closures in some regions, was effective in controlling transmission rates.</p><p>The Government keeps all of its COVID-19 restriction measures under review and will closely monitor the impact of this policy.</p><p>Hospitality settings have higher environmental risks than other places. We saw in Bolton how, when the 10pm curfew was deployed as part of a package of measures, the weekly average number of cases fell from 31 to 28 cases per 100,000. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/09/2020 answer text <p>There are no specific restrictions placed on how the Care Quality Commission (CQC) promotes Give Feedback on Care via media channels.</p><p>However, the CQC is publicly funded and is mindful of obtaining the best value for money when promoting public campaigns related to its Give Feedback on Care service.
