answer text <p>The Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Transformation Programme for Lancashire and South Cumbria has as its goal to define an integrated emotional and mental health offer for 0-25 year olds. The initial phase of the programme has resulted in a redesigned model of emotional and mental health services based on the THRIVE model for 0-19 year olds, which has been co-produced with service users and carers. Phased implementation of this model is planned to begin from February 2021.</p><p> </p><p>From April 2021, the intention is to commence work to define the offer for 0-25 year olds that reaches across mental health services for children, young people and young adults, providing an integrated approach across health, social care, education and the voluntary sector.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>We remain committed to growing the mental health workforce to achieve the ambitions set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.</p><p>NHS Digital publishes Hospital and Community Health Services (HCHS) workforce statistics. These include staff working in hospital trusts and clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), but not staff working in primary care, local authorities or other providers.</p><p>There is no data available which identifies staff who provide one-to-one support. In addition, all but essential travel is advised against, including foreign and domestic travel. In addition, adherence to the COVID-19 rules in the destination travelled to must be followed. However, the Government knows that rules about social distancing are difficult for everyone, especially those with young children.</p><p>Women with children under the age of 12 months are already allowed to form a childcare bubble with one other household for the purposes of informal childcare for children 13 and under.</p><p>Parents of young children can socialise in a public, outdoors space with people they live with, their support bubble, or with one other person.
