answer text <p>The financial case for each major Joint Crypt Key Programme approval of spend is assessed by the Investments Approvals Committee, as well as through an annual Information Note on delivery progress within approved time, cost and performance parameters. Additionally, the Joint Crypt Key Programme is regularly assessed by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, including two reviews in 2022.</p><p> </p><p>The results of Infrastructure and Projects Authority reviews of the Joint Crypt Key Programme are withheld publicly as their disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the capability, effectiveness, or security of the Armed Forces. I would however be happy to offer the right hon. Member a briefing at a higher classification.</p> more like this
