answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/03/2018 answer text <p>The government has long been committed to Channel 4 moving outside of London, and has worked closely with Channel 4 to find a solution that worked for Channel 4 and the country that owns it. Channel 4's proposal was put forward by Channel 4, and will be implemented by Channel 4. Channel 4 will launch a process in April in which cities and regions across the UK can pitch to become the home of Channel 4's new National HQ and creative hubs.
