to limit the use of residential property for short-term let in London. The Deregulation
Act 2015 imposes a 90-day limit on any such letting within a single calendar year.</p><p>The
sharing economy plays an important role in accommodating tourists, who make a huge
financial contribution to the country. But there are also legitimate concerns about
the impact on local communities. The Government remains open to hearing the views
of all stakeholders on the matter. It is important to find ways to address these concerns
