answer text <p>The Government sought evidence of impact on the creative industries in its consultation on AI and IP. The Government has welcomed further evidence from rights holders on financial impact over the Summer. In light of this, the Government will soon launch a period of stakeholder engagement to consider the best way to implement the policy. answer text <p>The Church Commissioners are currently promoting land for approximately 30,000 new homes across England. Approximately 30% of these new homes will be classed as affordable. The Commissioners aim is to deliver high-quality new homes and employment opportunities within sustainable communities which support and enhance their local surroundings.</p><p>The Commissioners have recently appointed an Affordable Housing Asset Manager to increase the delivery of affordable housing across the portfolio, and have recently collaborated with a Housing Association to deliver ten affordable homes and three bungalows in a rural community known as Shepherdswell, near Dover in Kent.</p> more like this

answer text <p>UK Government Ministers meet regularly to discuss the Northern Ireland Protocol, including the impact to Northern Ireland’s agriculture sector. There are serious issues with how the Northern Ireland Protocol is currently operating. We are determined to resolve these issues, preferably through talks and negotiations or, if need be, via legislation. answer text <p>The Secretary of State has regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues on a range of subjects, and discussions among Cabinet colleagues are considered confidential.</p><p>At 17:53 on Monday 7 November 2022, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) notified the Environment Agency (EA) that they were attending Royal Hampshire County Hospital with their Environment Protection Unit, following reports of a leaking drum of potentially hazardous liquids, within the hospital. The Environmental Protection Unit is an EA and HIWFRS joint funded specialist vehicle used for incidents involved in hazardous or unknown substances.</p><p>The EA assessed the incident as having minimal environmental impact and HIWFRS led the containment response.</p> more like this
