However, as each YMS is subject to a bilateral, reciprocal agreement which also provides benefit to UK nationals with the detail negotiated and agreed between the relevant parties, we are unable to disclose the status of negotiations as they occur. In line with the Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement signed on 4 May 2021 between the UK and the Government of India, the scheme will be opening to Indian Young Professionals aged 18-30. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2021 answer text <p>Quotas are set annually in line with Memoranda of Understanding negotiated with individual countries and territories, and in non-pandemic times linked to the number of UK nationals travelling overseas to take advantage of the reciprocal arrangements.
