HMRC do not make official paperwork available in other languages, except Welsh. The Department for Transport document entitled “Transporting goods between Great Britain and the EU from 1 January 2021: guidance for hauliers and commercial drivers” sets out all the requirements and is available in other languages covering the countries where most drivers are from (English; Bulgarian; Czech; Welsh; German; Spanish; French; Hungarian; Lithuanian; Dutch; Polish; Russian; Turkish and Romanian).
