<p>We have been clear that our priority remains the safety of staff and passengers.</p><p>
</p><p>We have issued comprehensive guidance to employers on the steps they should
take to make their workplaces Covid-secure, which outlines measures to assess and
address the risks of coronavirus in the transport sector across England.</p><p> </p><p>Operators
have been instructed to undertake Covid-19 staff-safety risk assessments to determine
how best to maintain the health of staff through safe distancing and provision of
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where appropriate. All guidance documents are
