<p>The DWP will not be undertaking a public enquiry into the failure of Working Links or the issues that this has caused to their supply chain partners. Ultimately, the failure of Working Links was caused by its subsidiary companies and their Community Rehabilitation Contracts. The DWP’s commercial Employment Category will seek to learn lessons and consider them when developing future commercial strategies.</p>
