<p>The Government does not set a target for the number of criminal prosecutions relating to National Minimum Wage non-compliance.</p><p>The specific circumstances of each case will determine whether it is suitable for referral for prosecution and it is therefore not possible to forecast how many cases will result in prosecution.</p>
